A doctoral thesis in the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences at Al-Qadisiyah University discusses (crisis management in terms of proactive behavior and strategic vigilance for directors of youth and sports forums in Iraq) I discussed a doctoral thesis in the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences at Al-Qadisiyah University by the student (Salah Abbas Talal) and under the supervision of Professor Dr. Sagit Majeed Jaafar. The thesis aims to: 1- Knowing the reality of crisis management in terms of the proactive behavior and strategic vigilance of directors of youth and sports forums in Iraq from the point of view of sports supervisors. 2- Knowing the relationship between proactive behavior and crisis management for directors of youth and sports forums in Iraq from the point of view of sports supervisors. 3- Knowing the relationship between strategic vigilance and crisis management for directors of youth and sports forums in Iraq. The thesis showed that there is a direct correlation between proactive behavior and crisis management, strategic vigilance and crisis management. The thesis concluded: The validity of the scales built by the researcher in measuring crisis management, proactive behavior, and strategic vigilance for directors of youth and sports forums. The results showed that directors of youth and sports forums in Iraq have the ability to plan for crisis management The thesis recommended: Taking advantage of the standards of crisis management, proactive behavior, and strategic vigilance that the researcher built in measuring crisis management, proactive behavior, and strategic vigilance for directors of youth and sports forums in Iraq. -Attention is given to holding courses to develop proactive behavior and vigilance Strategy for directors of youth and sports forums in Iraq.
