A doctoral thesis at the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences at Al-Qadisiyah University discusses the organizational climate and its relationship to teaching skills and professional performance according to some variables for physical education teachers. I discussed a doctoral thesis in the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences (Organizational climate and its relationship to teaching skills and professional performance according to some variables for physical education teachers) by student Haider Kamel Ibrahim and under the supervision of Assistant Professor Dr. Thamer Hussein Kaht. The thesis aimed to 1- Building a measure of the organizational climate among education teachers. Sports 2- Building measures of teaching skills and professional performance among teachers according to the variables (gender – degree – experience) The thesis was concluded, and through presenting, analyzing and discussing the results of the study, the following conclusions were reached: There are positive correlations between the organizational climate, teaching skills, and professional performance, and there is also an influence relationship between the organizational climate on the one hand, teaching skills, and professional performance on the other hand, in addition to the presence of an effect of interaction between the elements of the organizational climate and its reflection on teaching skills and professional performance. The thesis recommended, and in light of the conclusions reached by the researcher, he recommended the following: adopting standards (organizational climate, teaching skills, and professional performance) to measure these variables among physical education teachers on a regular basis, and the second direction is to conduct other similar studies on male and female teachers and physical education teachers to know their true level. Of teaching skills, especially positive ones and their professional performance. ‏
