Continuing education is a scientific unit concerned with raising the scientific and administrative level of those affiliated with and not affiliated with the college through holding courses, seminars, workshops, and specific lectures, and this is considered a natural extension of the educational process at the university.

Tasks of the continuing education unit

 Supervising the training of teaching, administrative and technical staff in the college on the most important skills necessary for them in the field of work, developing education and increasing the teaching and scientific competencies of the college’s members, providing training opportunities and benefiting from modern scientific methods.
 Deepening the connection between the college and society by holding training courses to update and develop information and knowledge of modern working methods, and coordinating with state institutions and departments and civil society organizations by examining the work methods in various official institutions and departments, developing their scientific and educational activities, raising their level of performance, and developing their training programs.
 Identifying training needs, granting a certificate of participation in courses, and evaluating course results.
 Communicating with Iraqi universities through mutual visits to achieve mutual benefit from academic professors in the training programs held in those universities.
